This study is the largest reported medium-term results with the follow-up of 45 patients who have undergone reconstruction for acromioclavicular joint dislocation using the LockDown™ device.

Both acute and chronic injuries have been successfully treated with high patient satisfaction and excellent functional results, with no significant complications or adverse reactions being encountered.
